After analysis two different magazine covers, one being mainstream and the other being independent. I have decided to make my magazine in the style of the independent magazine.
I was planning on this originally due to the fact that my film is an independent magazine and would be better suited in a independent magazine.
I also prefer the style of the independent magazine as it isn't cluttered like some of the mainstream magazine covers are.
Due to the fact that I want my film to appear to use real footage and be based on true stories an independent magazine that appears to be more true to life than the mainstream magazines with heavy use of CGI and special effects will be more fitting.
